Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

We currently have an exciting position for an experienced Proposal Manager with Mechanical Engineering background and experience in Combined Cycle Projects to join our Bid Management team in our Singapore office supporting the global Sales effort on Integrated Systems & Modules, pending project assignment. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop Proposals as a technical lead for Siemens Energy Industrial Applications customer/client base (which includes offshore oil & gas customers, LNG plants, etc.) by review of client’s request for quotation (RFQ) and perform equipment selections including drivers and auxiliary, using company or other engineering tools developing the most optimized solution(s).

What You Bring

• Mechanical Engineering Degree from accredited higher education institution.

YOUR ROLE

Account Receivable

• To oversee and monitor regional payment collection, cooperating with country KAMs or finance to ensure the collection of payments from clients on behalf of the company with timely manner per contract payment term.
• To handle overdue payments according to the company's policies.

• Demonstrate and provide confidence regarding CEVA’s business technology expertise, including input to their supply chain and business strategy and impeccable execution

Responsibilities

· To manage operations at all the cafes and kiosks shops including all licensing and regulatory requirements and compliances

· To lead the operations to deliver within specific standards and schedules required, including sales targets

· To manage operational costs including manpower, equipment maintenance etc.

· To manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control for the various outlets

· To maintain and improve the overall performance of the café and kiosks shops on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of process

· To work along with the Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies and Promotion plans to successfully market the brands out to market

· Manage and supervise the food & beverage staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated

· Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements

· To maintain close, professional and effective links with all external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver to mutually accepted agreements and highest quality levels any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

· Preferable Diploma in Food & Beverage

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managerial level

· Effective planning, project management and organizing skills

· Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements

· A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols

· Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written

· Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

· Handle office matter such as fixing lighting, some other electrical related issue, office plant, major cleaning job, maintenance of aircon and fish tanks, and other ah-hoc responsibilities.

· Packing of stationery

· Events set up for meetings / training etc

· Conduct inventory check (local, stationery, first aid boxes etc)

Accounting
