Operations Manager are assumed to be skilled in managing diverse operations of 7 stalls in Food Court. They must build positive business relationship with the Outlet Supervisor, Chef and Team and be responsible for the overall success of the outlets by leading a team of outlet supervisor towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals aligned to the company strategic plans.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Management
• Provides production direction to Team Member in a clear, concise, and positive way and coaches others to lead operations
• Ensures Team Member delivers quality service and food in accordance with company’s guidelines
• Act as a point of contact between HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets.
• Provide information from HQ to Outlet Managers and Team through various ways of communication

Outlet Operational Leadership

Manpower
• Review outlets’ weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs and coverage for Outlet Supervisor(s) during operating hours
• Manage manpower cost in your assigned outlets
• Resolve employees’ concerns and conflicts when required
• Manage and maintain team’s hiring and attrition rate

Preferred with cooking skills and with Class 3 Driving License (Travelling among multiple outlets easier) .

Responsibilities:

• Independent and pro-active provision and management of company secretarial services to a portfolio of local and international clients across a diverse range of industries.
• Handling compliance matters.
• Liaising with clients, authorities, colleagues from various departments and banks.

Requirements:

• A Member of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) or ICSA.
• Corporate secretarial experience in full spectrum of corporate secretarial services.
• Able to train and lead a team of professional staff.
• Excellent command of English (oral and written).
• Meticulous, deadline-driven and adaptive.
• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Team player with a positive working attitude, Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques
• Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency
• Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job
• Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force
• Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively
• Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators
• Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements
• Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible
