Job Description

• Supporting in the full spectrum of HR functions that aligns to the organisational goals.
• Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the HR systems and the P-files (Electronic and Hardcopy) of individual employees.
• Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all available positions (which includes performing the first-cut screening, job posting, liaising with external job agencies / unions, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling & conducting of interviews, onboarding/offboarding functions).
• Administering the onboarding of new hires including generation of employment-related document, conduct induction program, liaising with internal stakeholders on staff account creation and IT Equipment and any other administration that successfully on-board the new staff.
• End-to-End processing of Employee Lifecycle Events which includes processing of staff confirmation cases, salary adjustment and bonus cases, termination and exit cases.
• Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment data.
• Supporting in the updating of various HR platforms on updated HR content (CCSS Employee Hub).
• Administering employees’ insurance policies, medical expenses and employees’ training registrations.
• Responsible for administering the compensation and benefits of staff on MHC / Mednefits platform.
• Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
• Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.
• Responsible for training registration, training administration, training grants applications and ensuring accurate training records for each department.
• Handling employees’ enquiries relating to staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labor laws and regulations.
• Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (eg. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc).
• Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by ISP.

Requirements

• You have education and training in the following preferred Course of Studies, in Business Administration, Human Resource or Degree in any Arts / Social Sciences field.
• You have proven experience as HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
• You are knowledgeable and have working experience in full-spectrum of HR Generalist functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc).
• You are proficient in MS Office and is IT Savvy.
• You are able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church.
• You feel that you have the passion to serve in the social service sector in a HR role.

RECEPTION: Registration of patients and management of the queue system.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis and providing
recommendations to improve on
operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Responsive and available during the operation time of the stores.
Constantly keep in close contact with suppliers to source for competitive raw materials for
the business.
Maintain a good working relationship with franchisees and Joint Venture partners to provide
them with business support.
Work with different departments in HQ to achieve all of the above.

The finance team is an integral part of the organization in enabling operations and driving financial strategies. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Finance Director to ensure a “best in class” finance service to a rapidly growing business, support the accounting operations and fulfil corporate reporting requirements.

Main duties:
