About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of aircons and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system in buildings.

This role involves leading a team of competent project manager, project engineers, BIM modellers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors and skilled workers in tendering for projects, procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system, conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system, as well as contract administration.

Job Description:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.

Requirements:

The AppleCare Technologies Systems Quality team has an immediate opening for a Systems Quality Project Manager to manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex Regional and Global AppleCare systems and software projects. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution management, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on BPR led projects.
