Job Summary
1. Assist the Manager in all Human Resource duties, such as recruitment, training, staff’s welfare and submitting reports to MOH and AIC. Other responsibilities include reviewing of work processes.
EMPLOYMENT & PLACEMENT
1. Liaise with advertising agency for arrangement of recruitment advertisement.
2. Work with recruitment agencies where necessary, to increase the pool of potential candidates.
3. Screen, interview, test and conduct reference check to identify qualifies applicants.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
1. Plan, organize and coordinate in-house training programs (including new staff orientation) & external training administration.
2. Provide briefing and assistance to new, newly promoted or reassigned staff.
3. Assist in managing and analyzing of training needs; as well as evaluate and assess effectiveness of training for the Nursing Home’s total training and development plan, so as to meet individual learning needs and overall Nursing Home’s objectives.
4. Assist in the administration of scholarships, sponsorships, staff awards and surveys.
OTHER DUTIES
1. Update policies and procedures as and when necessary.
2. Generation of Monthly HR statistic reports.
3. Assist in preparing the yearly budget.
4. Undertake any other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
