Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and recruit candidates
• Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
• Manage statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, taxes, work pass applications etc.
• Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
• Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
• Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
• Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
• Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

•  Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
•  Excellent communication skills
•  1 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry (Optional)
• Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
•  Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
•  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Job Description

1. Hiring Strategies:

• Develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure hiring processes are aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
• Leverage data analytics to refine hiring processes and enhance the candidate experience.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with department heads and other key stakeholders (including MOE) to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring activities accordingly.
• Collaborate on workforce planning initiatives to ensure a balanced talent pipeline.
• Support hiring managers in making informed recruitment decisions.

3. Recruitment and Selection:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers with candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods and maintain a presence across relevant talent pools.

4. Employee Onboarding & Retention:

• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

5. Transformation and Improvement Projects:

• Lead or contribute to HR transformation and improvement initiatives, aimed at optimizing talent acquisition processes.
• Implement tools and technology to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own the Appraisal Knowledge Management and act as the champion for the module.

6. HR Operations:

• Manage WICA and Work Pass applications
• Prompt review of SOPs and update as needed.

7. Ad-hoc Hosting Events:

• Opportunity to host external guests and visitors on a needs basis

Job Description

• A good Degree in HR or any discipline
• Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partnering is preferred
• Candidates should have 2-3 years managerial experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance. the incumbent will be responsible for managing of overall credit and receivable collection functions of the hotel in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the non-payment of accounts and potential bad debts. He will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Credit & Account Receivable section.
• To ensure that the hotel credit policy and procedure is adhered to in all departments.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining credit relationship with customers, banks the industry, credit organizations and others for the purpose of obtaining and exchanging credit and financial information.
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
• Result and detail-oriented and be proactive
• Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
