As part of the Nursing Workforce for the Care Home, the Senior / Healthcare Assistant will assist both the Senior / Staff Nurse and Senior / Enrolled Nurse in the delivery of required and optimal level (quality care) of healthcare services, based on the defined care model, to residents in the home(s).

Handyman Functions:

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
• Perform repair works on appliances except medical equipment under preventive maintenance
• Detect, report and monitor the needs for major maintenance work
• Regularly check Care Home to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
• Respond to the clinical team request for repair and maintenance in a timely and professional manner;

• Maintain the cleanliness of outside, spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks with appointed Soft FM vendor
• Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers in the company premises in consultation with appointed Hard FM vendor
• Conduct routine performance checks on company assets such as refrigerators, microwaves, oven, wheelchairs, commodes etc.
• Provide support and guidance to the clinical team on maintaining their equipment in consultation with relevant equipment suppliers/ manufacturers

Educational Requirements:

The Office Manager should provide high quality day to day operations of the House of Anli that have Restaurant & Retail. Able to provide a safe, clean, neat and secure working environment at all times, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures.
