The Cost Manager will be responsible for all conventional aspects of project cost support of both design and design & build of a project. Plans and conducts evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard construction cost, techniques and procedures on a project. Project Profit tracking , SOW and closing of project accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standard in costing documentation , pitch cost budget and detail SOW submission
• Carry out work plans for each project, managing cost and technical support delivery.
• Day to day responsibility as supporting role for developing project cost, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.
• Coordinates with outside vendor in material resource and selection for project
• Develop high quality contract documentation specifications and tender documenting

Customer Management
