• Design knowledge to assist in marketing collateral designs (e.g. Canva)

• Diploma in Business/Marketing/Media or equivalent are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle quotation, renewal, endorsements and other general administrative duties as assigned.
• Support team on renewal review activities such as generating monthly listing, input of renewal terms.
• Support team on underwriting matters.
• Attend to phone calls, dispatching of documents, arranging courier, collection and distribution of department mail.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Min 'O' Level
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in General Insurance industry.
• Candidates who possess the Certificate of General Insurance are preferred.
• MS office skills such as excel is a need as this position needs to generate and filter reports.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Able to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking associates
