• Assist with the overall rider onboarding process for new riders
• Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
• Update and maintain the applicants' record system on a daily basis
• Provide excellent service to external and internal applicants to ensure positive onboarding experience through front end excellence and FreshDesk customer service
• Coordinate and follow-up on applicants' recruitment processes

Fleet Management

• Supervise equipment collection and riders onboarding
• Manage inventory for fleet and office and report any issues to HQ
• Communicate closely with other teams (e.g. call centre, dispatching, HR and finance team)
• Perform any newly developing fleet management activities

Rider Support (FreshDesk)

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward riders at all times
• Responding promptly to riders inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving riders tickets
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Communicating and coordinating with Head Office as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

We are seeking for a Lead Product Manager who will lead a team supporting Software Applications Product Development for the Defence account (Gov+), you will be responsible for driving the project development and management of technology products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, strong communication skills, experience in business consulting and analysis, leading teams across different product modules, and close collaboration with the Product Owner.

Project Delivery

• Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality. Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and architect/designer
• Manage the scope definition and change control mechanism and the integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration, and data conversion etc.
• Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path, monitoring and driving completion of interdependent activities and adjustment to project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline
• Manage resources including hardware, software, human resource facilities and logistics required for project so as to ensure completion within budget.
• Review project documentation to ensure that it meets customers requirement and conforms to quality management process, standards and procedures to minimize rework and system failures

Product Development

• Vision and Strategy: Manage the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs and pain points, but at the same time reference similar products in the market. Analyze data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, Change Management, and Client. Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• User Experience and Design: Ensure the product delivers an excellent user experience. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
• Product Release and Change Management (Internal Users): Plan and coordinate product releases, working with Change Management teams to develop release strategies. Monitor product performance post-release and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance. Report on product metrics and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaboration with Product Owner: Work hand in hand with the Product Owner to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy. Align the product roadmap with the product backlog, ensuring that strategic priorities are reflected in development tasks. Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to maintain alignment between strategic goals and development efforts. Communicate insights, customer feedback, and strategic direction to the Product Owner to inform backlog priorities. Jointly define and review acceptance criteria for features to ensure they meet both business and technical requirements.
• Team Leadership Across Modules: Lead and coordinate efforts across different modules of the product. Foster collaboration and communication between teams working on various product components. Ensure integration and consistency across modules to deliver a cohesive product experience. Ensure that product features are consistent and harmonized across different modules and components. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Primary Objectives;

• To grow and boost Treasury’s Revenue and Franchise growth
• Networking with Correspondent Banks to identify business opportunities, and to promote cross referral businesses.
• Market to foreign/domestic correspondent banks to grow Treasury’s business/product lines
• Management of Correspondent Banking Relationship including Nostro/Vostro Accounts
• To assist Group FI in Singapore Branch’s FI relationship with Global Banks
• To assist Treasury in building relationship to obtain stable funding
• To provide new FI solutions/products to Treasury/Branch
• To conduct initial and regular due diligence/AML/Related/Connected Party screenings for Treasury’s FI/NBFI/vendors
• To manage/maintain Treasury’s static data in systems (as assign)
• Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by Head of Treasury

Key Responsibilities;

FI Relationship Management

• Manage FI Relationship & promote Treasury products & cross referral business to gain incremental revenue income

• Conduct meetings and discuss with FI/NBFI relationship managers for prospective business opportunities
• Establish close relationship and improve counterparty networking to obtain sufficient Treasury lines
• To provide new FI products/solutions for Treasury/Branch
• To liaise with GFI in establishment of RMA/banking lines
• Manage issues relating to FATCA CRS, Audit & Compliance

Financial Perspective

• Explore and market to banks globally to setup partnership to boost Treasury and HO’s business opportunities
• Cross sell of existing Treasury/FI Products to generate and increase revenue
• Identify opportunities with agent banks to target business growth
• Support the Department/Division Head in the delivery of banking services to meet the Department/Division’s revenue targets. 

FI Support and Advisory

• Provide support /advisory role Treasury and Branch on queries relating to international FI business
• Provide FI solutions and support from agent banks for their international payment, trade and treasury support requirements

Customers / Client Coverage

• Build and maintain effective relationships with correspondent banks/NBFIs to understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service.
• Build new relationships and identify new target markets to grow Treasury and GFI’s services/products
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Negotiate with correspondent banks on matters with regards to services fees and pricing, as well as seek solutions to finalize new/potential business transactions.
