• Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour 

• Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team. 

• Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention

As the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of COS online store in SEA +HKTW 

In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your market in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision

Presales Manager is a player/coach role.  It specialises in new sales and customer development and has an important role in the sales phase to create business opportunities from a solution-oriented perspective and show the customers how IFS products will fulfil their functional needs and requirement and deliver the value expected from the investment.
