JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant ME Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a group of Manufacturing Engineers through planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, productions and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The Responsibilities –

• Product: Manage product life cycle/ product& price positioning.
• Take the responsibility for product P/L.
• Eco System: identify addressable market/ Go-to Market plan.
• Work together with account managers and marketing team to deliver results.
• Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape
• Identifying opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term
• Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Take full responsibility for business plans and business results.

The Requirement –

• 5 years or more IT industry product management experience
• A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements
• Strong PC and MS office skills preferred.

As a member of the Global Finance Services team, the candidate will perform the daily operations in the Procure to pay function and ensure timely closing of the accounts during the month-end.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for all key aspects of the Global procure to pay function (including processes for inventory accounting)
• Provide leadership, guidance, resource planning and staff development to the team members
• Review and supervise the team for reconciliations, reports, schedules and Statement of Accounts
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and queries from internal and external parties
• Ensure procedures are in compliance with prevailing corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all payment transactions are complete, accurate and processed in a timely manner
• Manage monthly and year-end AP closing
• Ensure timely tax submission (GST/Withholding tax)
• Actively reviewing, standardizing, streamlining and improving procure to pay processes, identifying areas of improvement and automation
• Review and handle exceptions for various systems (Robotic Process Automation, supplier invoice interface system IVI, Coupa, Concur)
• Prepare ad hoc reports and lead/participate in projects as assigned
• Support and respond to Internal and External audit

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in accountancy

· At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferably from a MNC environment

· CPA or CA licenses are desired

· Must be proficient in MS Excel/computer savvy, SAP experience is an advantage
