We are looking for a Senior Channel Operations Manager to support the JAPAC Theatre Channel management team. This role will drive and enable programs and processes that will deliver significant value to our partners, distributors, and sellers. You will own and maintain various operations cadence, monitoring and improving the overall pulse of partner programs through systems and tools, processes, and metrics. This position relies on an understanding of program management, sales operations, various routes to market (resellers and distributors, system integrators, service providers, technology partnerships, etc.). This role reports to the Director, JAPAC Sales Operations with a dotted line into the Director, JAPAC Channel and Commercial Sales.
Your Impact
- Partner with the Regional Channel Leadership team on the JAPAC Channel and Commercial Strategy via Initiatives and programs
- Coordinate activities and provide operational support to our NextWave partner program, Managed Service Provider program, and other Channel related programs
- Assist in process improvement of partner programs
- Assist in sales strategy and segmentation and expansion of new routes to market
- Enable and support GTM offers including bundles, aimed at the Commercial market - track and drive related sales campaigns
- Assist with high volume transactions via deals & orders desk, systems enhancements and automation and internal teams (working cross functionally, problem solving, ensuring channel sales leadership is aligned)
- Assist with tasks related to data cleansing/partner onboarding support, deal registrations, program compliance and working with the partner program team to develop necessary communications and enablement
- Assist with tool maintenance and clean-up projects (SFDC hygiene, etc.).
- Build and provide process documentation and training for stakeholders (internal teams, sales resources, partner /distributors)
- Support and drive continuous improvement by applying data analysis to identify areas of improvements and close gaps
- Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (operations, IT, leadership, etc.)
- Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 8+ years Channel and or Sales Operations experience
- Well experienced in Channels, Sales, and interfacing cross-functionally in the high tech industry
- Ability to coordinate programs cross-functionally to deliver on-time measurable results
- Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
- Self-starter, able to establish own priorities, initiatives and drive to closure
- Works well under pressure of heavy workload and time constraints
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience with common business applications and tools such as Salesforce.com, G-Suite, MS Excel, Tableau etc.
- Leveraging FlexWork, this role requires good time management and organization skills to balance support across JAPAC region as well as liaising with HQ (US)
