Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $2500 + AWS + VB + OT
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.45am – 6.00pm)
• Location: Tuas (Company transport is provided)

Job Scope:

• Process and document all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the head office to meet timelines
• Generate and maintain comprehensive records of all orders
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records as needed
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other essential documentation for outgoing shipments
• Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and ensure accurate documentation
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods
• Prepare shipments for both incoming and outgoing warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization
• Adhere to quality service standards, and follow all procedures, rules, and regulations
• Carry out any additional logistics operations as directed by the Supervisor

Job Description:

• Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract languages between original vs. revised.
• Other general support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with suppliers for commitment of dates, generate reports, etc.
• Any other general task assigned by the purchasing & planning supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Min. 1 to 3 years' experience in purchasing and planning.
• Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
• Able to meet deadlines and has strong follow up skills.
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking, verify, reconcile against documents and storing incoming goods.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, quality, and acceptable condition.
• Picking, issuing to production, packaging, and labelling products before they are release to truckers.
• Use of hand-held equipment to verify outgoing shipment is accurate.
• Have knowledge on use of basic equipment’s like pallet jacks to move goods, use of tools to perform job.
• Maintain and ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records.
• Maintain and upkeep the storage of all inventory and equipment.
• Coordinate with production / sites on incoming, damage or rework goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Standard Operating Processes. (SOP), Safety and Security Policy.
• Assist driver to customer’s destination to offload delivery items.

Requirements:

• Basic qualification
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment and independently, possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Equipment handing license, Forklift license will be an advantage.
