a) grounded on philosophical, psychological and educational theories about character and citizenship education; and

1. In liaison with the Dive Tech Supervisors / ROV Technicians onshore and offshore, The Workshop technician is responsible for making sure that the PMS and certification (DO23 and DO24) for both Air and ROV Systems are carried out correctly and kept up to date.
2. Ensure all 3rd party audits (i.e. Class Annual Audits, DO23- DO24 Annual Audits, Load Testing and Pressure Testing of the Dive Systems) are performed in accordance with the audit schedule.
3. Keep track of all MUR forms and determine which equipment is beyond economic repair.
4. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the equipment utilizing Plant Maintenance System (PMS).
5. Work with procurement for timely ordering of spares and materials required for maintenance of the equipment.
6. Monitors and tracks equipment on a daily basis by job site, type.
7. Preparing and submitting detailed equipment requisition lists for mobilization and ensuring equipment is mobilized on time in accordance with company procedures.
8. Execute repairs within budgets allocated for maintenance and refurbishment of diving systems (OPEX).
9. Work closely with company’s operations department to ensure the identification of equipment and consumable requirements for each diving project Manage all major asset purchases for diving department (CAPEX).
10. Ensure all documentation adheres to company document control and quality requirements
