Job Responsibilities

Tax

What We Are Looking For

The Design Project Manager (DPM) is instrumental in overseeing the development and execution of precision component design projects, from mold design conception to completion. This role requires a blend of design expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets client specifications and aligns with business objectives. The DPM will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documentation, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through production, ensuring the product aligns with client specifications and business objectives.
• Oversee Design for Manufacturing (DFM) preparation and review, working closely with customers to secure approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure the development of high-quality precision components.
• Coordinate with overseas teams to manage project timelines and deliver results on time, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering or relevant polytechnic qualification; experience in design will also be considered.
• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in core design, product development, and industrialization.
• Tools: Strong skills in NX CAD and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Good to Have: Education in Project Management and proficiency in project management tools.

Key Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in NX Mold design and the ability to create precise, efficient mold designs.
• DFM Proficiency: Skilled in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) preparation and review using MS Office tools to ensure manufacturability and alignment with client requirements.
• Processing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of injection Molding, rubber compression, MIM, and LSR Molding processes.
• Moldflow Analysis: Competent in Moldflow simulation to predict and resolve potential manufacturing issues early in the design phase.

This is a newly created role as the Company’s Group plans to set up a Shared Services Department.

The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is responsible for leading and managing the Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable (AP) team to deliver quality services and improve the overall efficiency of AP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of a Finance Accounts Payable Shared Services Department in Singapore.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualified ACCA / CA with at least 8 years’ experience in Finance and 3 years’ experience in a leadership role

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of AP processes with experience in setting up AP shared services.

• Knowledge of Esker and Vendor Invoice Management.

• Strong collaboration mindset as this role requires working with many stakeholders in areas of improvement, compliance with SOPs, suppliers and rectifying payment issues.

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for all aspects of payroll and benefits administration for employees such as monthly payroll processing, NS, maternity and childcare claim, leave update, CPF submission, yearly tax returns, FWL

2. Ensure the wide variety of payroll information, files and records via written and electronic formats are up-to-date.

3. Work closely with Finance department to monitor cost against budget and signal any discrepancies.
