• Prepare comprehensive Scope of Works, Technical Specifications, and Employer’s Requirements for project tender documents, minimizing potential for variations and disputes.
• Participate in workshops during all design phases of the RTS Link System.
• Lead coordination and resolve integration issues between system works and infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. or Civil).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a project management role within the transportation sector, preferably with experience within the railway industry
• Experience with implementing new technologies or operational systems within transportation.
