Duties of Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet talent needs.
• Source candidates through diverse channels to ensure qualified applicant pools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
• Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
• Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
• Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
• Process daily bill check/refund
• Any other project work that may be assigned

Period:

• 1 + 1 year contract, subject to renewal based on performance

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• up to $2800

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
