• Analyze campaign performance, sales data, video commerce market reports, and KPIs to inform market shopping strategies.
• Develop GTM strategy and long-term strategies across product categories aligned with overarching business goals.
• Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with the merchant and marketplace strategy team, and create best practices for effective and impactful merchant-creator matchmaking.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently, in order to communicate with external stakeholders in the Vietnam/Vietnamese-speaking market.

Preferred qualifications

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting firm, or internet strategy, industry or market research, and business analytics.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position within the Business Risk Management department is responsible to perform the Monitoring & Assurance (M&A) reviews in accordance with the M&A framework with a set of globally aligned methodologies, as well as location specific reviews.

The incumbent will monitor any non-adherence to the existing requirements as set out in the bank’s policies and highlight any potential misconduct and emerging risk to the relevant forum and parties. Additionally, the candidate is expected to provide coaching and training to staff being monitored to enable them to meet Policy & Procedure requirements.

MAIN DUTIES

• Conduct sampling and reviews based on a risk-based program to assess that client facing staff meets the regulatory requirements and internal policy requirements, primarily on fair dealing practices, client suitability, sales and dealing practices, staff conduct matters, pricing, periodic reviews, and gift and entertainment controls.
• Analyse and identify any potential gaps in existing operational procedures
• Analyse data to identify any potential emerging risk and systemic trends from the M&A exceptions result and propose mitigating actions
• Maintain internal documentation as evidence of work done.
• Explain M&A findings to staff and/or team being monitored.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure timely escalation.
• Participate in internal investigation especially relating to matters concerning staff misconduct issues.
• Consolidate and prepare surveillance findings and management reports to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with Front Office and functions within Risk department.
• Drive and/or participate in Bank’s or departmental projects.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit, Risk and Control or Compliance function, preferably in Private Banking environment
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as fair dealing practices
• High level of integrity, independent, adaptable and committed with high level of initiative
• Needs to be inquisitive and have strong analytical skills and attention to details, as well as comfortable with handling vast amounts of data

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Food industry and possess good knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Proven track record in leading the set-up and implementation of ISO22K or higher standards in the food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Possess knowledge of international standards i.e. FSSC22K, GFSI

Job scope

Support functional departments in terms of processes of food quality and safety during daily operations.

Plan, organize, and coordinate to ensure the smooth operation of the QA Department daily.

Understand the business direction of the company and work closely with respective coaches to make necessary adjustments on job scopes and responsibilities to synchronize with the strategic plans of GM.

Prepare monthly reports i.e. Complaint Log, HACCP Objectives Summary, Demerit Point System Records, GMP audit, etc. for submission to the Management

Collect and analysis data/trend analysis report on non-conformity and improvement initiatives.

Plan lab testing by the sensitivity level of FG to manage and control department expenses and to keep within budget.

Participate and support quality system implementation (audit activities by government sectors, certification bodies, and customers)

Work closely with all functional departments on improvement initiatives i.e. standards, processes, and procedures in writing

Assign with short-term projects/initiatives/training programs and responsible for ensuring completion of work before the datelines.

Report all non-conformity matters regarding food quality or safety to the coach.
