JOB PURPOSE

Support in the operations at Youth Services (YS), assist in the conceptualization and implementation of delivery of services to our clients in the community and in schools. Objectives of the Role:

• Assist and communicate with executives in program management, and initiative implementation.
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management in the businesses, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing & coordinating appointments, all travel related arrangements (visa, online ticketing and hotel bookings), processing of travel expense claims, and assisting in preparing presentations for meetings.

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity

Job Requirement:
