As the command-and-control centre for IDL Technology, the Strategy Alignment & Planning Team aligns the Solution Services and Segment Technology Teams on IDL Technology’s priorities and serves as the main touchpoint for Global Technology, at large. 

The Strategy Alignment & Planning Manager will lead the cross-functional initiative to confirm and then manage governance over an annual plan of technology deployments.  To succeed in the role, the candidate is someone who will dive deep into details of the issues impacting their stakeholders, while also being able to connect the dots toward the group’s overarching business objectives.  To execute fast, the candidate will have a high degree of comfort leveraging Excel-based automation.

Processes are never perfect and must change as the needs of the business change, so you will need to be curious and fearless in both re-engineering and promoting process changes that provide a net positive benefit for IDL Technology overall. 

We are a global team spanning 6 countries supporting 80 Markets, so the ability to work asynchronously is paramount.

• Lead the PMO: Oversee and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring its effective operation, adherence to project management best practices, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Establish project governance and cadence;

• Coordinate with Technology PMO to plan and publish detailed project delivery milestones;

• Keep track of overall project progress vs. planned milestones on weekly basis; and escalate to Country Project Leads and Program Steering Committee (PSC) for any timeline risks;

• Keep track of project budget allocated to Business Unit/Supporting Unit and ensure spend within budget. Financial management, ensuing project financials are up to date and correct and captured in a timely manner

• Orchestrate cross-squad project deliverables to ensure all squads are running independently and efficiently

• Project management, to ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and budget.

• Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.

• Providing regular updates and following up on action items.

• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment

•Review test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline

Required Experience

•More than 10 years of experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound banking product knowledge especially in Cards, Unsecured Loans & Payments

•Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams

•Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

•Good verbal and written communication skills

- Provide investigation support, track and monitor of reported customer issues escalated from frontliners.

Job Purpose:

- The role is to support the Credit Cards team in executing campaigns via the rewards system (One Loyalty System) to drive payment volume.

Principal Accountability:

- Support end-to-end campaign set up in One Loyalty System (OLS) to support the team in executing campaigns

- Gather user requirements from business users on the campaign requests

- Coordinate prioritisation of campaign requests

- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) by drafting test scenarios, setting up data and validating results with business users to ensure desired outcome

- Collaborate with the Rewards Delivery Team and external vendor (OneEmpower) to prepare the Paraforms and set up campaign rules in OLS

- Manage the resolution of UAT and production issues for the campaigns with business and delivery teams

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of work experience in accessing/setup parameters for system

- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live verification (LV)

- Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (One Loyalty System) will be an added advantage

Assistant Finance Manager

Salary: up to $7000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review the work done by the finance team and perform variance analysis and commentaries.
• Provide support to business unit managers with necessary financial reports and analysis in terms of profitability and efficiency.
• Responsible for corporate taxation, review tax computation, and liaise with tax agents to manage the filing process.
• Handle tax-related submissions such as COR, withholding tax, and ad-hoc requests.
• Manage daily cash positions and monthly cash flows to assess each entity’s liquidity and ensure proper funding of ongoing operations and capital investment requirements.
• Manage treasury matters, including monitoring global currency markets for trends that could affect company positions, managing banking and forex activities, fixed deposit placements, and reviewing and analyzing banking transaction fees to identify cost reductions.
• Manage external relationships with bankers, corporate secretary, outsourced vendors, etc.
• Assist with procedures and sound internal controls, as well as the continuous review and improvement of work processes to provide efficiency to the finance section.
• Maintain and develop an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, including supervisory experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Strong technical knowledge in Singapore Income Tax and cross-border International Tax.
• Strong skills andexperience in treasury management, including surplus fund management, foreign exchange control and hedging, group cash optimization, cash pooling, and implementation of treasury management systems.
