Key Responsibilities
Create Purchase Orders.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure received items meet quantity and quality standards.
Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
Conduct weekly inventory checks.
Participate in the annual stock take.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Phoenix Asia Solutions is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join as an Administrative / Library Support Personnel at Eunoia Junior College. Position Details:
Location: Eunoia Junior College, 2 Sin Ming Place, Singapore 573838
Contract Duration: 01 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 (12 months), with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years.
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour meal break). Not required on weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the general office and library efficiently.
Data collation for the college.
Administer student loans (laptops, uniforms) and room bookings.
Maintain and organise office stores, library resources, and student/staff information.
Design and decorate office and library spaces.
Coordinate deliveries of office and teaching supplies.
Handle ICT/AV equipment loans, printing, photocopying, and filing.
Support meeting setups and refreshments.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum GCSE O-Level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Meticulous, organised, and with good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
