Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)

Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support

To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.

Responsibilities
-Assists the dentist during the dental treatment
-Maintains and ensures cleanliness of all dental equipment;
-Ensures high standard of infection control;
-Informs and assists to order the dental supplies when the supplies are low in stock;
-Performs clinic reception duties such as keeping patients’ records and fixing appointments for the patients;
-Handles telephone enquiries and bookings for the patients;
-Arranges and informs the patients for appointments and remind them for follow-up treatments;
-Performs any other duties that may be assigned to him/ her.

Requirements
-Good Communication and term work
-Preferably able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.
-Experience in dental industry will be advantageous
-Willing to work on Weekends
-Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

- Working: 5.5 days/ 9am to 6pm

Patient registration. Drug dispensing. Admin duties. Must be conversant in English, Mandarin and Malay. Must be comfortablewith use of computers. Clinic is in the West. Need to be prepared to work mornings, afternoons and nights, weeekdays and weekends. Preferably has past history in similar line.
