Job Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable function, including receipt of payments, and tracking of receivables.
• Maintain up-to-date customer files daily and at monthly accounts closing.
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and/or delayed payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure prompt payments.
• Work closely with other departments on overdue.
• Daily verifying of cash from cash collection from customers.
• Manage and maintain the accounts payable system including processing vendor invoices, preparing payment vouchers, performing payment reconciliations, and managing accounts payable records.
• Prepare timely payments to suppliers.
• Cash-flows updating.
• Assist in the maintenance of account schedules.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts receivables and accounts payable.
• Assist in other ad-hoc accounting works.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, bookkeeping, or equivalent.
• Candidates with at least several years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting work.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge or experience in operating Sage preferred but not a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and high degree of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing?

The Usual Stuff:
• Overseeing payroll, leave management, benefits, handling grievances, and etcccccc…...
• Crafting HR policies and refining our employee handbook
• Ensuring everything's on track - from onboarding to tax

• Forecasting of manpower movement and requiremenment (Home leave, etc)

The Not-So-Usual:
• Engaging chats with our diverse team - from the Pioneer/Merdeka generations to colleagues from Bangladesh, India, and China.
• Organizing occasional meals with team members and director
• Addressing feedback (and sometimes explaining why some ideas may not be implemented)
• Translating policies (with external parties) into native language of different groups of colleagues
• Designing and develop Accountability Chart
• Develop and growth of new departments as we scale
• Championing our core value

• Formulate wages banding within each role

• Keep track and report Performance Measure of each roles

Providing a Leadership Qualities and Team Works Roles in our Projects Department / Design / Production Departments and with our office staffs.

To Attend Site Meeting / Technical Meeting pertaining to the Projects with the Consultants / Main Contractors, Monitoring the Overall Progress of the Project Works inclusive of attending meeting and products inspection with oversea suppliers before Purchase Order issued.

To co-ordinate / organized Works flow with our Office QS / Site Supervisor team / Sub Contractor for all assigned Projects.

If required , provide Design Review Co-ordination works with our In House Designer on Projects Site Installation Works.

PEOPLE

- Demonstrates and reinforces behaviors and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from Staff, Supervisors and Managers to delivering Excellent QSC standards

- Interviews, conducts OJEs and trains restaurant manager based on district needs and goals

- Supports, coaches and consults to ensure that all assigned restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential, operational efficiency and turnover among all restaurant employees is reduced

- Knows, enforces, educates and consults with all restaurant employees on all appropriate HR policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures

- Supports, coaches, consult, develop and recognize the results of all levels of restaurant employees

QSC/SALES BUILDING

- Protects Takagi Ramen’s brand by consulting and coaching to ensure that the restaurants meet Takagi Ramen’s QSC, safety and sanitization standards

- Supports & coaches about critical restaurant systems that produce consistently high levels of QSC

- Represents Company interest in local community and properly executes market wide promotions

BUSINESS RESULTS

- Uses all informational resources available to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential

- Supports & coaches so that restaurants are appropriately staffed with competent Staff and Restaurant Managers, and to develop, administer and control the budget for the district

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with food handling, safety and restaurant guidelines
- Singaporean
- Start work immediately
