• Ensure the tenants provide 'as built' fitting out plans on Architectural, Air conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation System and Exhaust System. Plumbing and Sanitary Plans and Structural Plans and certified true copies of such fitting out plans approved by the relevant authorities.
• Conduct inspection to ensure tenants renovation works are done is in accordance with the endorsed fit out plan before business commencement. If there is any deviation, advise Tenants/Licensee on rectification and/or resubmission of plans.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must pass at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering or relevant field (BCA recognizes degree will be an advantage)
• 10 years experience in Site Management
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)
• MUST have experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) or any high-rise building projects .
