Job Description:
-Assist Senior Management in formulation of business strategies. Assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
-Implements and manages the Contracts Department in all Pre and Post Contracts administration and Pre and Post Tender covering Procurement works.
-Oversees and work with the team on cost planning and preparation of tender submission.
-Oversees the team on invitation for quotations, negotiations, evaluation, recommendation, and confirmation.
-Engage various stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and implement contracts for marine construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal regulations, all terms and conditions are favourable and in alignment with company objectives.
