As Project Manager, Government Affairs, the candidate will advance and achieve APACMed’s policy objectives in Asia Pacific by developing and executing advocacy initiatives and providing ongoing analysis of country policy updates on localisation, ESG, and related topics.

The MNNDL group at NUS studies the human neural bases of cognitive functions and the associated vulnerability patterns in aging and neuropsychiatric disorders using multimodal neuroimaging and psychophysical techniques. Purpose of the post

The Research Assistant (RA) will work closely with, the Principal Investigator, lab members, and collaborators to ensure smooth operation of computing servers/storage, efficient database management, and successful completion of research projects in the lab.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The research assistant will support the effort in conducting cutting-edge neuroscience and machine learning research and development. • Preferably 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience with some managerial experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Possess strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience can be considered for more senior position

About the Role:

A team member of RRC (Regional Repair Center) and will be responsible to perform repair of medical endoscopes in RRC. He/ She is also responsible to strictly adhered to the process, safety and quality standards required to repair medical equipment. He/ She also has responsibility to maintain the proper condition of repair workbench as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform repair of medical endoscopes.
• Carry out workshop maintenance task assignment. (5S common area)
• Ensure compliance to GDPMDS requirement at all times.
• Perform 5S in individual and scope repair areas at all times.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase order placement to suppliers in a timely manner based on customer requirements and follow up with suppliers to ensure order are fulfilled on time
• Expedite deliveries with suppliers
• Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders on inventory availability, inventory pull in and out requests and order cancellation
• Generate report for expired, discontinued and excess inventory for write off
• Identify batch records discrepancies and coordinate data cleansing with quality team
• Support Senior supply chain specialist in generating, monitoring and analysis of KPIs

Requirements:

• Diploma in supply chain management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain such as managing purchase orders
• Experience in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Team player and able to work independently
