The Sales Operations Manager directly reports to the Part Leader of Product Management and, indirectly reports to the Korean expatriate.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the sales team's performance through strategic planning, performance tracking, and operational efficiency within the Southeast Asia & Oceania region. This role involves managing key sales metrics, overseeing KPI performance, and ensuring effective supply chain management. DesCartes Program (work package 9) is looking for research assistant in UI/UX design and library development. The objective is to develop a user interface and implement libraries as required for the DesCartes Builder, a novel open-source framework for designing, validating, and integrating innovative hybrid AI models and methodologies.

DESCARTES PROGRAM

The DesCartes programme is developing a hybrid AI, combining Learning, Knowledge and Reasoning, which has good properties (need for less resources and data, security, robustness, fairness, respect for privacy, ethics), and demonstrated on industrial applications of the smart city (digital energy, monitoring of structures, air traffic control).

The program brings together 80 permanent researchers (half from France, half from Singapore), with the support of large industrial groups (Thales SG, EDF SG, ESI group, CETIM Matcor, ARIA etc.).

The research will take place mainly in Singapore, at the premises of CNRS@CREATE, with a competitive salary and generous funding for missions.

The Memory Aging & Cognition Centre (MACC) is a Research Center within the National University Health System funded by the Singapore National Medical Research Council that focuses on the study of dementia and cognitive impairment in the elderly. The MACC currently has 4 research themes on (i) neurochemistry, molecular pathology and biomarker discovery, (ii) neuroimaging, (iii) clinical assessment and (iv) epidemiology.

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team at the MACC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and maintenance of the laboratory, as well as the handling of samples obtained from human or animal studies. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to work on various laboratory testing/techniques and contribute to the team's research effort in neurochemistry and blood biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease and vascular cognitive impairment.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Assistant/Associate who will play a key role in assisting in the development, execution and analysis of research aimed at addressing the challenges of training and operating in rising ambient temperatures. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary group comprising exercise and thermal physiologists, data scientists, biomedical engineers and researchers.
