Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Advice and develop marketing strategies for advertisements of services and products
• Review current marketing campaigns and develop solutions to improve customer traffic.
• Plan and implement target consumer initiatives such as direct mall, shopper incentive programmes, social media and others
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
• Lead and train a team of Marketing Executives
• Responsible for quality assurance across all content campaigns on social and digital media
• Monitor and drive sales growth with existing accounts to ensure overall monthly and yearly budget is met.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in business related fields
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of team lead experience
• Experience in beauty industry/ medical aesthetics
• Results oriented, resilient and agile, in order to adapt to changing priorities
