The assistant human resource manager/senior human resource executive provides management-level leadership and guidance to the Management, in addition to performing all of the day-to-day HR functions. She/he is responsible for talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, internal staffing, on-boarding/off-boarding, conditions of employment, retention of staff, benefits, health management programming, performance appraisals, and setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job scope includes:

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Job Purpose

This is a key role that focuses on supporting infrastructure investments in Keppel, managing the end-to-end investment process from underwriting potential investment opportunities, transactions management, deal conclusion with the various stakeholders, as well as, post-deal management. Ready to work any shift

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift

Self-motivated and self-directed

Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks

Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders

High school degree or equivalent

Previous experience as a busboy, cook, or relevant work experience

Legally able to work in establishments which serve alcohol

Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

Must pass a background check

Able to read and write
