Our Client, a well-established Japanese MNC in the marine and ship management industry is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract).

Job Responsibilities

• Collection of required shipping documents and paperwork from related departments
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders for any missing documents
• Organise, compile and data entry of paperwork required
• Send soft copy of collected documents accordingly to assigned departments
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min GCE ‘A’ Levels or NITEC or Diploma in any field
• Prior admin experience will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

Our client is a listed company in marine and shipping industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to join their Marketing Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Duties of Marketing Admin Assistant:

• Complete marketing-related paperwork including internal forms.
• Manage visitor and client interactions.
• Handle clerical tasks like printing, mailing, and meeting scheduling.
• Initiate purchase orders and broker commissions processing.
• Maintain and distribute bunker reports to various departments.
• Update and manage customer records and vessel registrations.
• Support Marketing Manager and Executives in proposal drafting and contracts.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related studies
• Entry level are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in Logistics / Shipping / Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage
