• Responsible in providing excellent service to all customers

• Handle mailbox enquiries and resolve customers issues via email communication and personalised calls

• Ensure accuracy of data collected from the customers

• Maintain and update the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system

• Responsible for distributing enquiries and follow ups to relevant teams, stakeholders and departments

• Fulfil the service level agreement by responding to all emails within 3 working days turnaound time and ensure prompt follow up on cases

• Provides daily email summary report to the QSM

• Escalate to the QSM on challenging issues or complaints received through mailbox channels

• Work closely with inbound/outbound Project Experience managers in developing quality service operational SOPs and processes

• Analyses service quality across the contact centre and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction to achieve highest level of service excellence

• Using various data such as contact centre daily service level, customer satisfaction, surveys data accuracy and call/complaint logs to develop strategies and techniques which enhances the overall effectiveness of the contact centre operations

• Train and guide employees to create a culture of service excellence

• Any other ad-hoc duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Provide operational and transactional support for new and existing investment portfolios across various asset classes in the Asia Pacific region.
• Transaction Management:Prepare funding and repatriation instructions, liaising with counterparties to ensure timely execution and settlement.
  Reconcile cash transactions and record investment activities in relevant systems (e.g., Geneva / Cobra).
  Coordinate with internal teams (Treasury, SPV Accounting) on deal transactions and operating expenses.
  
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for business segment leads and global heads.
• Data Management: Set up and maintain investment attributes and transactional data for Asia Pacific deals.

Qualifications:

• Accountancy qualification.
• Minimum two years PQE experience with exposure to the financial services industry, preferably with a Big Four background in Transactional Services, M&A advisory, or Valuation services.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with bank debt and/or bonds is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Geneva and coding skills (Tableau/Sigma/Python/SQL) is a plus.

Duties

• Is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement.
• Works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement.
• Works closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.
• Able to identify unethical behavior and react based on the applicable ethical principles.
• Operates in work contexts that are less standardization and unanticipated changes can be frequent due to changes in the external environment.
• Work with any of the assurance teams to obtain an understanding of our client’s business.
• Develop an audit plan/strategy for an audit of financial statements and document the planning procedures.
• Prepare/tailor audit programmes based on areas of audit emphasis determined at the planning stage.
• Perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures based on planned audit approach to address the various assertions, eg: existence & completeness, rights and obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation and disclosure.
