Job Requirements

1. Schedule and plan site audits
2. Identify potential causes of concern at sites.
3. Independently verify the stocks/supplies on sites.
4. Prepare daily log of sites audits conducted.
5. Prepare reports of audit findings with recommendations and actions.
6. Follow up the audit recommendations.
7. Share information with the Operations Team when necessary.
8. Identify new approaches to improve site productivity and operational effectiveness
9. Conduct compliance checks on the following areas:

• Cleanliness standards
• Sites inventory management
• Sites manpower registration
• Sites machineries maintenance

Requirements:

· Minimum ‘O’ Levels

· Able to work independently

· Good communication skills

· A person with high integrity

· Willing to travel around Singapore

· Singaporean or PR

Roles & Responsibilies :

• Work closely with different teams to plan, implement and maintain effective WSHE related work plans
• Coordinate WSH programme initiatives
• Actively conduct MSRA review and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risks on site
• Identify areas for improvement and monitor implementation progress of recommended measures via site inspections and engagement with different work teams
• Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report
• Ensure project’s compliance with all statutory requirements at all times
• Lead and coach site safety team
• Liaise with Authorities
• All other adhoc duties as and when directed

Requirements

• Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Singapore building construction projects (HDB Experience preferred)
• Self-driven and team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
