A visionary marketer to own and drive our end-to-end marketing strategy, to scale our fintech products with bold campaigns and cutting-edge brand initiatives globally. You’ll lead high-impact projects across digital, events, PR, and partnerships while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with business growth. With a track record in B2B marketing, fintech, or SaaS, you’ll execute and build out the foundation for our future marketing organization.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from growth campaigns to brand development, to scale iPiD’s products
• Design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Build and manage all marketing channels, campaigns, content, and experiments, from digital, events to partnerships and PR — be the go-to person for getting things done
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with business goals
• Set the foundation for our future marketing organization and mentor team members as the company scale
• Collaborate with the Leadership and People team on internal communication, merch and activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders

• Min. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS in financial services, fintech or technology
• A visionary marketer who thrives on building and scaling, making a meaningful impact to the business

Requirements:

• Familiar with fundamental marketing theories and practices, with knowledge of both online and offline promotional strategies and methods.
• Candidates with experience in event planning, execution, and vendor management will be given priority.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills, with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards.

Working Hrs: 5 days per week; 9:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with jewellery selection, styling, and product information, highlighting quality and craftsmanship.
• Ensure an inviting store environment by maintaining organized and visually appealing jewellery displays.
• Handle sales transactions, support inventory management, and contribute to stock-taking and merchandising efforts.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experiences, ideally in jewellery
• Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach and a passion for luxury retail
• Polished appearance, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings/holidays when required
