Main Responsibilities

• Develop the Fine Fragrance strategy in the region, following the Global vision and focus on our our goals.

Marketing and Development Programmes

• Initiate and guide development of new creative marketing programmes and new sensorial presentation techniques to strengthen fragrance messages
• Develop and implement best practice for resource management including mindset of efficiency

People Management

• Recruit, lead, guide and manage members of the Fine Fragrance team
