Developing On-the-Job Training Blueprints:

• Customization: Develop customized training materials and resources, including job aids, checklists, and instructional guides that support effective on-the-job learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame

Requirements:
