Key Job Objectives
Initiated in 2004, the Yellow Ribbon Project (YRP) is a national public engagement
campaign aimed at changing society’s mindset in giving ex-offenders a second chance in
life. YRP turns 20 in 2024 and to commemorate the milestone, a whole slew of events and
initiatives, not limited to the Singapore Book of Records project, Yellow Ribbon Prison Run
and Roving Arts have been planned.
The incumbent will complement the roles helmed by the team to coordinate and support
the events and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Events / Initiatives
• Operations Support
o Assist in the planning and execution of various events and initiatives.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless
execution of the planned events and initiatives.
o Provide pre and actual day support during events and initiatives.
• Administration
o Support post-event activities, including feedback collection and event
evaluation.
o Maintain and promptly update key information in the project tracking files.
o Design edm and presentation slides that will be shared with
internal/external stakeholders.
Other Duties
• To carry out any other duties assigned by Assistant Director (Aftercare)
Employment Duration: 9 months
Qualification: Diploma
Salary: $2,295 per month
Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur), 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri) *
*Working hours are flexible and to note to fulfil 44 hours per week. Generally, in event to work beyond hours, time-off will be given accordingly. The role is generally 5 days work week, non-shift.
