The Business Process Analyst role in Global Customer Operations manages the policy and process related to Case Management workflows in SFDC, Customer Master and Asset Management. You will collaborate with our stakeholders to formulate new processes and agent procedures, identify areas for improvement for us and implement changes to existing processes to increase our workflow.

You will report directly to the Service Excellence Team Manager in Global Customer Operations.

This is a hybrid position, so you need to have the ability to travel into one of our offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop a simple infrastructure for Policy and Process governance, maintenance, and documentation
• Analyze existing Case Management business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and understand business needs for new process development
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Client Services role, with advanced knowledge of all workstreams

Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, control, and monitoring of the project’s operations
• Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works according to planned schedule
• Schedule and execute the delivery of projects within time, budget, and Client’s expectations
• Detailed and meticulous in site planning/coordination to minimize errors in the process of completing the project
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material, and resources on site
• Ensure a high level of site safety and housekeeping
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements
• Involved in discussions on contractual matters and with Sub-Contractors, Consultants & Clients
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ie. Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and good quality of work
• Conduct regular site safety meetings and to implement safe site working conditions and environmental control measures
• Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches
• Conduct internal meetings for assigned projects and subsequently, monitor such follow-up meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent recognized by PE Board
• Possess CSC PM
• Possess Managing Work at Height
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably experience in public and private residential, government, commercial, and building projects
• Excellent project management skills
• Possess good leadership and organizing abilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the APAC to accelerate the revenue growth and development in the APAC. This individual should have extensive business development experience, especially in the Pharma and Consumer Health industries, primarily in the APAC, focusing on generating new leads, and building new partnerships.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

Reporting to : Global Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hitting ambitious revenue targets
• Work closely with other team members to execute plans for growing the business
• Identify and research potential clients
• Lead the effort to expand and grow client base, especially developing the APAC Markets beyond the existing business
• Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the team
• Review proposals to be sent to clients
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop proposals
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop, build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required
• 15 years of experience in the Sales development in the EU in the Food and Pharma industry
• Self starter with high level of autonomy
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Ability to work well with a team, and on a multi-cultural global basis
• Excellent commercial experience in multiple markets, building management relationships, contract negotiations etc
• Excellent communication and language skills, English proficiency a must

• Coordinate with Operations and Client to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain stock and inventory.
• Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment.
• Facilitate effective work processes.
• Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts.
• Support Operations team to perform administrative duties include data entry, prepare report, maintaining and compiling records and org chart etc.
• Assist on arranging worker’s accommodation and liaising with agent.
• Monitoring & updating attendance of employees' records and maintaining a proper filing system.
• Office administrative duties including courier, provide clerical support on daily operation, including filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

Job Requirement

• Min 2 year in Operations / Clerical Administrative
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Class 3 License
