PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Position Offered

The Project Manager (PM), based in Singapore, will liaise with the Client on the progress of the project. The PM is the main point of contact for the Client on a day-to-day basis. About the team

As the Business Development Manager, Retail Expansion for Singapore, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the expansion of our retail stores within the Singapore market. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential locations for new stores, negotiating lease agreements, and managing the entire expansion process from conception to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, real estate trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure successful and profitable store openings.

The role will be based in Singapore reporting to the Chief Retail Expansion Officer.

Job responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for store expansion.

Site Selection and Lease Negotiations:
