Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Microelectronic/Mechatronic/Green Building & Sustainable or related engineering diploma.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering field

• Computer knowledge in Auto CAD will be added advantage.

A construction project manager (CM) is responsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of construction projects:

• Overseeing stakeholders: Collaborating with and providing oversight to the project's stakeholders, including the owner, architect, general contractor, trade contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensuring deadlines and budget: Ensuring that projects are completed within agreed deadlines and budget
• Managing logistics: Organizing logistics, delegating work, and keeping track of spending
• Meeting legal and safety regulations: Ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements
• Managing subcontractors: Preparing and reviewing project bids, and negotiating and managing subcontractor contracts

• Oversee the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
