The role of a logistics project manager includes the following:

• Define and implement procurement procedures. A logistics project manager should establish a framework defining how to manage competing demands and make decisions. This person should also create a process for identifying and vetting suppliers.
• Emphasize transparency. Transparency is essential for a supply chain project manager to ensure accountability when outcomes don’t meet expectations. It also creates an environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and solutions.
• Optimize processes. Logistics and supply chain project managers should continuously analyze working procedures to identify areas of improvement. They should then develop a strategy for improving the company’s procurement efficiency.
• Act as a resource. A logistics project manager should be a subject matter expert who guides and supports subordinates. In this role, they should have a deep knowledge of the company’s logistics and supply chains.
• Ensure accountability. Coordinating logistics and supply chain projects is complex. That’s why a project logistics manager must have the authority and resources to oversee all aspects of a complex project. This can be done only if they are held accountable for the project’s success.
• Oversee execution. Successful procurement project managers create opportunities to improve their supply chain business. That’s why they should monitor the evolution and performance of the company’s logistics and supply chains. They also need to ensure these processes align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, promotion and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.

- Lead project teams to ensure that events are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.

- Inventory planning and management

- Recruitment, training, supervision, audit and appraisals of manpower

- Provision of manpower deployment schedule, admin program, progress updates, inventory daily report update, service escalation / incident report and post-mortem report on event / promotion

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within events or operations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel, as needed.

Job Description:

• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets for various design and architecture projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Cost Tracking & Analysis: Track project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses, and analyze variances. Prepare reports to ensure project costs align with budget projections.
• Invoicing & Payments: Review and approve project-related invoices for accuracy and compliance, managing payment timelines for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Generate regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and project expenditure summaries, to inform project managers and stakeholders.
• Project Reconciliations & Compliance: Reconcile project accounts with the general ledger and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.

Requirements:
