Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects such as legacy applications decommissioning and cloud migration, from planning and execution to go-live and post-launch support.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including development, operations, security, and business units, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Oversee the decommissioning process, ensuring data integrity, retention, destruction, and minimal business disruption.
• Work with cloud platform service provider to architecture applications on the cloud platform.
• · Manage and guide the cloud migration process, ensuring secure and reliable data transfer and application functionality.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct post-migration assessments and ensure successful user adoption of the new cloud-based applications.

Job Requirements

• Degree with minimum 8 years of experience
• Cloud platform certification
• Project management certification or experience with Project delivery >1MSGD
• Technical: Good strong technical knowledge, a solid understanding of relevant IT infrastructure, security, cloud services. You should be able to ask pertinent questions, evaluate technical solutions, and communicate effectively with technical team members.
• Communication: Clearly explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical audiences in a concise and engaging manner
• Preferably with experience in cloud migration and applications/servers decommissioning

Mandatory Skills

· Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

· At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development.

· Familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.

· Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, software test planning, vendor
management and production support.

· Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling, and business processes.

· Experience with ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.

· Experience in Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset.

· Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders
across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project team.

· Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
· A team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.

Skillsets (Good to have)

· Relevant knowledge and experience in Fixed Income, FX, Futures and Options, Derivatives and OTC product, regulations, and compliance.

· Experience in data management and operations in public market.
