PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Analytics, the role of the Business Analytics Manager is to report and analyze tasks and initiatives within the commercial and operations team to streamline the delivery and publication of recurring reports, and to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and data clean-up as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly release non-automated reports on sales, margin, and other key performance indicators, both weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with the IT department to automate current reports, ensuring a clear understanding of data flow.
• Engage with Finance leadership for the exchange of both financial and non-financial information.
• Partner with the global Business Intelligence team to develop new dashboards or enhance existing ones.
• Assist the Commercial team by analyzing information and offering analytical support.

• Support data clean-up tasks, such as brand/manufacturer categorization and item classification.

• Assist in facilitating the Annual Commercial Plan, Operational Plan, and/or Budget as needed.

Position Offered

This is a temporary project-based position, Project Coordinator (LE4), for three months (extendable depending on the project requirements) to onboard a new Contacts and Events system for the Australian High Commission.

The Australian High Commission Singapore is looking for someone to manage the migration of contacts data from a range of sources onto a new Salesforce based contacts and events system.

The position will be responsible for migrating data to the new system and consolidating the database, learning how to use it (training and support will be provided), then in turn sharing, training and documenting this for other key users across the High Commission.

Job Description

• Cleanse, update and migrate data from the existing contact lists into the new system.
• Work closely with the Australia team regarding the migration and functionality of the new system.
• Work with internal stakeholders at post to identify business needs and use of the new system.

The Project Manager (PM), based in Singapore, will liaise with the Client on the progress of the project. The PM is the main point of contact for the Client on a day-to-day basis. The PM shall ensure that the coordinated communications strategy works effectively across the external stakeholder groups, including managing the document register, actions tracker, project schedule, progress dashboard, internal Project Team channel and file database, and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and attending the progress meetings.
