Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the project methodology and technical submission
· Lead the project resources planning and execution
· Liaise, coordinate and conduct inspection with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.
· Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects
· Report to Management on progress of projects
· Ensure project on time delivery and within project budget
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board
· Preferably 2~3 years experience on project management and civil engineering projects in Singapore
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good Command of English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin speaking associates
· Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage
