The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate access to technology systems and resources within the Firm.

The AIM administrator is responsible for user administration functions across all technology platforms and applications, including:

• Managing user accounts, permissions and entitlements in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, Cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), 350+ business applications and client’s state-of-the-art trading and asset management platform.
• Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers).
• Project work relating to system migrations and onboarding new systems to AIM management.

Requirement：

• Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment, and a Microsoft Azure Entra ID.
• Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows Distributed File System Environment.
• Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
• Experience in Exchange administration Exchange Admin Center (both ECP, EAC): creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts and public folders.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta).
• Experience administering 2FA remote access solutions (e.g RSA, Duo, etc)

Job Description

1. Liaise with corporate clients on corporate advisory work, corporate finance, corporate employee benefits, trade finance, Human resources, etc;

2. Source and develop pipeline of corporate clients;

3. Develop and foster relationships with clients, and key stake holders;

4. Working with our partners, such as private equities, family offices and overseas FI.

Compensation

1. $2,400 to $4,000 depending on experience;

2. Opportunity to travel overseas for project management and deals.

• Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
