Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. Designation and Reporting

Your designation is Associate / Senior Associate, Fund Management. You will report to one of the investment managers in the department, as assigned by the Head of Department.

Scope of Work

Your role is to assist the team in its various responsibilities, which includes the following (but not limited to):

Deal Evaluation:

• Financial Modelling - Grow our real estate portfolio

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in project management, program management, or business strategy function.
• Experience with full enterprise sales-cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and full-funnel sales motions.
• Experience building relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., marketing, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA degree.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar Project Management certification.
• Experience in project management, program management, or business strategy functions.
• Experience operating executive cadence and strategic insight, informing the direction of the business.
• Experience meeting deadlines, with the ability to take responsibility.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
