• Supervise and oversee the sequential activities of Structural, Piping & Mechanical Equipment (SMP) Installation such as Receiving, Locating in the lay down, Preservation,Foundation and Structure, Receiving from Main Contractor/Suppliers/Vendors,Pipe Support Installation, Launching, Fitting and Welding of piping, Flange Alignment, Punch Clearing, Reinstatement,Touch up Painting and Hand Over.

• Monitoring and installation supervision with Subordinates to deliver the projects in Safety, Quality and Production manners.
• To liaise with clients representative on all project issues and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects to both the company and clients satisfaction.
• Leading the supervisors and foremen in finding and executing solutions to SMP related problems on site.
• Communicating with Project Management Team / QAQC Team to validate and document all changes and highlight to PM for changes that shall involve additional works.
• Assist with the management of internal and external third party interfaces.

Requirements
