Job Requirements

Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space

Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors

Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability

Getting approval from the client before creating designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors

Liase with contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists

Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project

Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress

Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

• Arrange construction of foundation structures: such as friction piles, bore pile, micro piles and recording all field data
• Involve in the calculation of Pile length of pile installation, estimation of pile geo capacity based on in-situ soil/rocks condition, recording required parameters in pilling works.
• Report daily work progress and specifications to Project Manager
• Responsible for field testing works and site investigation works
• Experienced in soil instrumentation works

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Those with piling experiences would be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
