Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The General Manager, Business Development shall play a key role in the preparation of and compilation of all pre-qualification and tender preparation documentations (Tender/PQ requirements, Contract Award, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, Form of Tender, general support, etc.) for Asia Region.
2. Responsible for doing market research for new business opportunities such as gathering early information on potential projects from business networks and monitoring of competitors activities
3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of knowledge storehouse of client/project database. Including updating and maintenance of latest information for Project List (for PQ, Tender, Completed Projects, etc.)
4. Coordinate with PMs and send Customer Survey Forms for all completed projects to Clients/Consultants for feedback, then upload completed Forms to shared drive
5. Manage archives of publishing material, e.g., images/articles of Client’s completed projects
6. Coordinate and liaise with management/various departments to finalise mailing list
7. Assist in document preparation, such as Project Strategy Sheet and collection of client financial reports
8. Provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a regular basis

Requirements:

1. 15 - 20 years relevant working experience as Senior Manager Manager in Business Development within the Construction industry
2. Very well verse in processes & requirements of construction industry projects locally as well as in the Asia Region
3. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office including monthly accounts progress reports
4. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
5. Experience in Construction and/or Engineering industry required
6. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
7. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines

Position Overview

• Working location: Close to Expo MRT station
• Perform assigned clerical duties to assist project development of IT department and ensure the efficiency of daily operations during weekday

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate financial documents and data validation
• Conduct data labeling for artificial intelligence research projects
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and occasional clerical works

Must

• Postsecondary graduates or above (Secondary graduates with good command of English with also be considered)
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good command of Cantonese to be an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Able to work independently

The Accounts Assistant cum Admin plays a vital role in supporting the financial and admin operations of sales and finance team of the temple. This position assists in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to the sales and finance team.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Perform bank reconciliation by matching financial records with bank statements.
• Assist in processing payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable, including tracking donations, issuing receipts, and coordinating with donors or members for outstanding payments.

Financial Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Support the sales and finance team in data entry and updating financial databases or systems.

Expense Monitoring and Reconciliation

• Assist in monitoring and reconciling expense reports and receipts submitted.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of expense documentation and ensure adherence to the temple's financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to expenses.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the sales and finance team.
• Manage to correspondence and communication-related to financial matters, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of financial files, documents, and records.

Compliance and Regulations

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements applicable to the temple.
• Support the finance team in preparing necessary documentation or reports for audits or government agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• O-level/ N-level/ SPM/ UEC or equivalent; additional education or training in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
• Understanding of financial principles, practices, and terminology.
• Strong ability to learn new skills/things.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Excellent BIM operating skills.
• At least 3 years of design coordination experience preferably in LTA project.
• Able to work independently with experience for at least two large-scale construction projects
