JOB DESCRIPTION

· Work closely and supervise the Resident Technical Officer on behalf of the LC with regards to architectural works.

· Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract and are in accordance with the Authority’s and/or Agencies requirements.

· Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples including the civil & structural and coordinated combined services model (CCSM) by the contractors and assist to review them on behalf of the LC and LC’s assistant to ensure compliance with the design intent and

specifications.

· Raise Request for Variation Order or In-Principle Approval to Client immediately upon occurrence of change.

· Coordinate with Project Manager (PMgr) on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.

· Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.

· Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.

· Work closely with Entire Site team including the Resident Engineer (RE) on the day-to-day site operations.

· Attend all coordination meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings and report to LC weekly.

Job Description

• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works
• To assist to issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods, equipment and fabricated items.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, main contractor and relevant authorities from time to time.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Supervision during the construction stage from start to completion and handover of the project.
• Site supervision, QAQC inspection and checking.
• Liaison with the site WSHC (work safety healthy coordinator) during works execution to ensure safe working procedures in full compliance to WSH Codes & Regulations.
• To attend client meeting if require.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction electrical trade
• Must possess BCSS and Managing Work at Height
• Minimum Diploma holders

1. Project management to deliver telecommunication cabling projects in offices, data centre, commercial buildings etc.

2. Attend site meeting, coordinate project plan with client / other contractors.

3. Work closely with the site Supervisor on the execution of the project according to schedule.

4. Update projects progress

5. Prepare documentation upon completion of project

(1) Experienced in F&B operations for at least 2 years.

(2) Independent with initiative.

(3) Maintain daily and monthly reports of outlets.

(4) Preparation of profit/loss statements.

(5) Purchasing of materials if required.

(6) Sourcing for clients to rent stalls.

(7) Daily operations of outlets.
